Deep time watches require little to no maintenance and are built for years of use under normal conditions. They never need to be charged, wound, serviced or set for daylight savings.
Watches can safely be washed in warm water except for leather banded pieces which can be wiped down with a damp cloth or oiled as needed. Avoid prolonged exposure to salt water which can cause some metals to corrode. Avoid storing with sharp or abrasive objects to prevent scratching.
